The FieldLab pressure calibrator from Ralston Instruments is said to perform well in Class 1 Division 1 hazardous locations for pressure calibration, testing or validation. There are test modes for high speed logging up to 128 times per second, hydrostatic testing and templates for pressure calibration of pressure transmitters and gauges that the user whether the device being tested passed or not.
Users can enter tag, customer, model number or other information using the on-screen keyboard and can download data via USB or with the optional wireless link.
Units can be submerged up to 1 m underwater (IP67) and have an optional boot for protection.
Users can view data live using the PC application or download it for viewing later.
The Ralston Instruments product comes with 15 pressure engineering units installed but custom engineering units can be created and added easily.
