Stainless steel flex couplings for hazardous locations

Larson Electronics LLC, has released a complete line of stainless steel flex couplings, designed for use in explosive environments. These flex couplings offer versatile connection and positioning of conduit systems and are Class I, Class II, Class III, ATEX and IECEx rated.

Larson Electronics’ series of stainless steel flex couplers is a line of hazardous location conduit accessories suitable for Class I, Divisions 1 & 2; Class I, Zone 1; Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 and Class III work sites. These IP66 rated flex couplings give operators in explosive environments positioning versatility and flexible connection options for their conduit systems.

This line of flex couplings is constructed of stainless steel with 316SS NPT male fittings, 304SS outer braids and 321SS inner flex hose. The internal liners are made of silicone-coated fabric. NPT hub sizes are offered in 1/2”, 3/4″, 1”, 1-1/2”, and 2”. Flexible lengths are offered in 6, 7, 8 and 11 through 35 inches.
