United Precision adds Mausa boring mills to product line

United Precision Services, Inc., a leading provider of turnkey medium to large CNC machine tool solutions, announced a distribution partnership with Brazil’s Mausa SA Equipamentos Industriais.
Under the agreement, United Precision will be the exclusive provider of Mausa’s line of horizontal boring mills throughout North America.
Mausa machines are designed to meet a wide range of medium and large part requirements. With a robust structure and innovative design concepts, Mausa CNC boring machines are ideal for Oil & Gas, Hydraulic Turbines, Windmill, Earthmoving & Heavy Industry, Energy, Naval, Railroad and similar industries requiring high chip removal rates with tight tolerances.
The company’s boring machines are equipped with a unique and high-tech cartridge spindle concept, positioned in the center of the double-walled columns. High productivity is obtained through oversized projects, linear axes with high feeds, excellent power, torque ratio in continuous regime and configurable with hydrostatic rotary tables, milling heads pick-up, tool changers and additional accessories.
